The Chairman’s Speech in the framework of Erasmus Days 2020.
VALOR training builds on agro-ecology, application of ecological
concepts and principles to optimize interaction between plant, animals,
humans and the environment, while considering the social aspects that
need to be addressed for a sustainable and fair food system.
This to create new employment opportunities for local communities, in
order to achieve a valid balance between environmental conservation and
sustainable socio-economic development that favors the intergenerational
transfer of ancient agricultural traditions.
